Our Service

We help renters find apartments in Texas. Our service is free to renters. Apartment complexes pay us a referral fee when a tenant we referred signs a lease. Your rent is not impacted by our involvement.

Accuracy of Information

We rely on data provided by apartment complexes for pricing, availability, and specials. Information changes rapidly. We do our best to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee any specific unit is available or priced as advertised at any given moment.

No Guarantee of Approval

We cannot guarantee you will be approved for any specific apartment. Approval decisions rest with the apartment complex based on their independent credit, income, rental history, and background checks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of our Service, including disputes with apartment complexes, lease issues, or rental outcomes.

Licensing

Our team members are licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). We adhere to Texas real estate law and professional standards.
